intro

Hi, folks. Welcome to my blog about my neighborhood in Stockton, CA. I work as a REALTOR here, and believe me that's challenging because of our high repo and unemployment rates. I live in an area called Wagner Heights; homes were built here beginning in the '50's to the '90's. We have excellent schools, fine parks, great restaurants (some fine ethnic foods here, too), excellent shopping, but most of all, people who will smile and wave at you. Nice.

Most non-Stocktonians don't know about our community's population diversity and flexible nature. Well, it's here, my friend! Our backgrounds are from around the world, but we know how to appreciate our own cultures while respecting others. And, the food . . . from AROUND and world is OUT of THIS WORLD. Yep, tastes great, costs are moderate.

I'll be just adding mostly snippits of morning walks, photos of what's happening, and a tidbit or two about real estate.

Let me know what you think in constructive terms. Thanks.
